When you purchase from me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to my terms of service. I am not responsible if you, the buyer, fail to read the terms of service.

General terms

I may ask for an additional fee depending on your characters complexity.I have the right to decline your order.I won't draw:

Copyright and Usage Policy

I retain the rights and ownership of the produced artwork. I may post it on my social media and portfolios.You can tell me if you wish for me to not post the artwork.
You may repost the artwork with proper credit to me.
You may not:
Claim credit for the artworkEdit or trace it without my permissionSell it without buying commercial rights from me

Order Process

1. Message me the reference form of what you want and wait for me to answer.

2. I will start the sketch after getting paid.

3. When the sketch is finished I will send it to you for approval. I will do changes if requested.
You have 48h to respond with changes or approval otherwise I will continue to the final stages.
If you want to leave it up to me tell me beforehand to speed up the process.

4. I will do the lineart and the base colors and send it to you. I will do changes if requested.
If you don't want this extra step of approving the piece tell me beforehand

5. After I have finished your artwork I'm willing to do some changes, but nothing too major (i.e. changing the pose).

Please be patient with me.
If requested I will give you a time estimate.
I may change this due to unforeseen events if necessary.

Payment

I only accept payment through PayPal currentlyAcceptable payments are only in euros (EUR, €)When I have accepted your request for a commission, send me your PayPal email so I can send you an invoice.
Do not try to send me a payment before I have accepted your commission.

Refund

I will refund 100% of the price to you if I haven't started on the sketch yet.If I've already started on the sketch, I will refund 50% of the price.You have no right for a cancellation or a full refund after I've received the payment and have finished the artwork.If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to the artwork(s) I have ever made for you will be retracted, you won't be allowed to order from me again and I will resell the art.
Do not order from me if you can't afford it, or if you're unsure whether or not you want to commission anything in the first place!
